I really enjoyed meeting the gals who came to the Essentail Oil Workshop at Heritage Home Place in Liberty. Dee has such a lovely shop! We made up a Linen Spritz for all to take home and discussed the basics of essential oils.

Workshop Thursday evening and thoughts...
This is the week for the Essential Oil workshop at Heritage Home Place in Liberty. It is at 7 pm. You need to reserve a spot; we will have a take home spritz and I want to have enough for all!
I often get phone calls from people who have received essential oils from friends. Usually they want to know how to use an oil. It is important to let friends know some things about essential oils in general. They are HIGHLY concentrated, a few drops in a carrier oil goes a long way! Some are not suitable for pregnant women or folks with epilepsy or high blood pressure. After using citrus oils, one needs to stay out of the sun for awhile. Sooo, it is good to study up on an oil before sharing it with another, to be safe. Jil
